Oreo Cheesecake

Who doesn’t love Oreos and who doesn’t love Cheesecake? If you don’t, than you who are you?? These is super easy to make and soooo good!

Cheesecake is probably one of my, if not, my favorite desserts. And I thought 💭 hmmm what can I add to this to make it better. And booom Oreos! Like I said before this is a super simple recipe that takes little effort but will make your guests think you were slaving away all day!

I made this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was a big hit since he loves Oreos and cheesecake, he was very happy 😍

I hope you enjoy it too!!

 2 eggs

3/4 cup of sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature)

1 (14.3 ounce) package of Oreos

1 store bought graham cracker crust
Or if you want to make your own
Crusted Oreos (about half the package)

3 tbsp melted butter
With a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add in the eggs and mix well. Take about a little less then half the package of Oreos and break them in chucks and stir them in, save a little to place on top.
Pour the cheesecake batter on the crust and spread evenly. Top with the reserved broken Oreo pieces and bake for about 35 mins or until the middle is almost completely set but not all the way. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before refrigerating. It’s best to let it sit in the fridge overnight but if your impatient(and who wouldn’t be) about 4 hours will do.
So easy and so good!
